  • Products without original packaging & tags

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 4 days of delivery.

  2. Share order number, issue details & product unboxing video.

  3. Our support team will verify the claim.

  4. If approved, we will replace or refund the product.

Refunds

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund can take 5-7 working days to reflect.
